This is a kosher restaurant that serves the Jewish community! Non Jews are more than welcome at our restaurants, but if you don't respect our dietary laws why would you even come here? We cannot have milk in the restaurant because it serves meat and we cannot risk cross contamination. Maybe you should stick to non-kosher restaurants instead of complaining about other people's cultures and religions! Also, to the ignorant people complaining about the 20% gratuity; again, you folks clearly do not understand that this is a kosher restaurant. You do not understand the costs of operating a kosher restaurant, the lost time and revenue due to observance of religious holidays, the added expenses of sourcing kosher ingredients. If everyone was more charitable and understanding, it wouldn't be necessary, but because people are greedy and ignorant, they do what they can to survive. The jewish community depends on these restaurants for food, and if they did not charge this gratuity they would go out of business. Please do not make ignorant remarks when you do not know anything about kosher restaurants or the challenges faced by the Jewish community in the US. ”

“ INCREDIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE I dined at Fuego Mundo yesterday and had such a unique experience that I feel like I need to tell the world. Kosher in outta town cities....it's not uncommon to find the service or quality is lacking. Not here. I was seated on a busy Sunday evening almost immediately (an hour early for my reservation) and was promptly brought a menu. After being served drinks, we placed our orders. The soup hit our table almost immediately and before I got to the bottom of the bowl, the salads and mains were already on the table. I couldn't believe what was happening. Are you sure this is my order? "Yes", I was told. Unreal. And everything we ordered was delicious as well. Even the split pea soup was "whoa". What I found interesting is that the owner of the restaurant was activley working the counter, serving and hands-on leading his team. Maybe that's the secret to the success? 5 Stars across the board.
